Yes, all of our attractions feature flashing lights, strobes and special effects. There is also a high level of smoke effects in some of the attractions. If you have any conditions that may be affected by these factors, we strongly advise against visiting!
Visitors with additional needs are entitled to one free carer ticket. Visitors will need to book a ticket as normal, and then the carer comes in with them on that ticket, provided they can show a DLA or PIP on check in. Visit here for more information.

No, with the exception of certified trained guide dogs.
If you did not receive your confirmation email or tickets, please check your junk and spam folders, as at times emails can automatically be sent here!
During busy periods it can take up to 24 hours to receive your tickets if after this time you still do not see your confirmation email and/or tickets please contact us.
Yes. All the haunted attractions involve live actors, many of whom are considered to be the best scare actors in the UK!
Outside take as many photos as you'd like with roaming characters. While inside the Haunts, recording devices and photography is strictly prohibited.
Small bags are permitted, all bags will be checked on arrival, we do not have lockers on site.
Do not bring alcohol or liquids (perfume, vape juice etc) on site as it will be removed. If you have medication please contact our visitor experience team prior to your arrival.
