Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between The howl, which is represented by Mead Open Farm Ltd and yourself.


No contract exists between you and Mead Open Farm Ltd for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.


Attendance to Any Howl Event


All attendance to the howl is age restricted. No one under the age of 12 will be allowed entrance onto the site or on any of the attractions. People aged 13 – 16 years will be allowed entrance onto the site but will need to be supervised by an adult at all times across the site and inside all of our maze’s. Anyone 17 years or older are able to enter the mazes without any supervision.


Mead Open Farm, Also referred to as The Howl have the right to remove any members of the public that pose a risk to themselves, other members of the public, without any compensation given to the people removed.
Being intoxicated, overly aggressive, ingesting or concealing any illegal paraphernalia and drugs without prescription will be removed from the site without compensation.


Prices


The description and price of tickets you order will be shown on Mead Open Farm Ltd website at the time you place your order.  Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes - there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.


Online Security


To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.

Please also read our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy for further information on the protection of your data supplied to us in the course of using or transacting via our website.


Limitation of Liability


Mead Open Farm’s total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.


The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these conditions shall be subject to
the provisions of second 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.


Mead Open Farm Ltd will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet and Communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.


Severance


If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall
be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
Refunds and Cancellations
Mead Open Farm LTD accepts no liability if an event has to be postponed for reasons
beyond its reasonable control, this includes an act of God, change in governmental
regulations, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion.
If the event is postponed due to any of the above reasons, then Mead Open Farm LTD, also
referred to as The Howl LTD, will reschedule all tickets that have been purchased for the
current year and make them valid for the following season, the ticket will include any new
attractions planned for that season.
Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations unless you have booked a Flexi
Plus ticket.
Flexi Plus Ticket
To request a refund please email [email protected], during the event period refunds may
take up to *14 working days* to process.
Mead Open Farm LTD, also referred to as The Howl, reserve the right to issue a refund if the
request is within 7 working days of your booking. Any refund requests made after the date
the event is booked for will fall under our standard non-refundable policy.
Please note you can’t add the Flexi Plus option to existing tickets purchased.

Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
Tickets are only transferable to an alternative date or time if you contact Mead Open Farm
Ltd directly on [email protected] at least 48 hours before the date you originally booked 
to visit which appears on your booking confirmation. We cannot guarantee that we can
change the date of your visit but we will make reasonable efforts to do so as long as you
contact us more than 48 hours before your scheduled visit date.


Bad Weather


All event are subject to weather conditions. In the event of severe weather warnings or
lightning strikes the event maybe paused or held for the safety of the public. If we are to close
early or open late due to weather classed as acts of god, then a refund will not be permitted
but a change of date shall be offered.
Online Booking
Once purchased online tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket
may be resold.  We reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.
Any discounts or offers online are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall
not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.
Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.
Using your Online Ticket to Mead Open Farm The Howl
Once purchased you will be issued with a booking reference and barcode, please bring this
barcode along with you on the date you have booked for. We will scan this barcode and admit
your group into the event. This barcode and booking reference also works as your proof of
purchase.


Company Purchases


Should this purchase be made by a business, please accept this booking confirmation as a
VAT Receipt.  VAT at 20% has been included in the prices charged. VAT NumberMead Open Farm LTD VAT Number is 207 0520 55.
